New affiliates simply subscribe by using YourAffiliate's web-frontend. They then receive individual URLs referring to your website. These URLs (affiliate links) are put to their websites referring visitors to you. You can decide what kind of commissions you pay and how much; for sales commissions, you even can pay commissions based upon the total sales.
