Administration panel screenshots (the place you usually work and control the software)

Welcome. This is the main admin panel view.	Here you can adjust the main settings of the software with just a few clicks.

Multiple charsets are supported, so you can adjust this easily for each language.	The user database - you may just have a few or thousands of records here.

A user record more detailed. Everything at a glance - personal information, subscriptions and more.	All your active mailing lists are shown here; note how easy it is to get a list of all subscribers with just a single click.

And these are the mailing list parameters. Pre-define welcome/unsubscription messages, default mailing settings and more to save time.	This is a great feature - the mailing archive. Either just for you (to re-send mailings later) or even made publicly available to subscribers to check out missed newsletter issues.

The history table gives you an overview about the recent list actions.	Have we mentioned that you can also track clicks to links inside your mailings ? So you can check how successful your last newsletter was.

The mail job center - prepare new mailings, edit existing one and set them for background execution. You may also invite people to subscribe to newsletters.	Add a mailing job - HTML/text mailings are supported; delivered upon your subscribers' individual preferences. You even can add attachments with your mailings, filter recipients and do more stuff here. Also individualized mailings are possible - use the personal information to give your mails a personal, hand-written touch.

Similar done for invitation mailings - import an e-mail address list and invite people to subscribe to your newsletters.	Of course, merging two mailing lists is also possible. Be flexible.

The effectiveness tracking is great - it shows you a list of URLs used in your mailings and gives you an idea how often they were clicked. Tracking success made easy.	And here the click database of the effectiveness tracking feature; list is broken down to show you each single click-through. It's searchable, so even in a list of thousands records, you find the ones done last Friday :-)

Another tracking feature: Mail reading tracking. It tells you how often your newsletters have been opened for being read.	The mail scanner - a great tool to scan websites for e-mail addresses to send invitation jobs later.

Configure a mail scan job here.	E-mail address databases extracted by the web scanner or just text files from other sources - by using the address import utility, you can subscribe addresses to particular mailing lists instantly.

During subscription, users may leave further personal information - add custom fields here.	Adjust field properties to give the web-frontend a nice look. Not necessary, but good to have :-)

Further in-depth database adjustments can be made here. Luckily, anything is pre-configured for most applications.	Import or export the user database to other applications.

Users must log in first to gain access to their profiles. A password reminder is a good tool.	Subscribing to your lists (alternatively to this, you can put simple "Add me" forms to your website).

The main screen of the subscriber lounge shows a list of active mailing lists (you can also have hidden ones for internal usage) and to which the user has been subscribed.	Users may update their personal information, temporarily block their accounts or close them defintively.
