Administration panel screenshots (the place you usually work and control the software)

Welcome. This is the main admin panel view.	Here you can adjust the main settings of the software with just a few clicks.

The subscription management panel. Multiple subscriptions are supported: Free, paid, internal (e.g. price lists for resellers) and public (like pay-per-view web contents).	This is the user database - it contains all users currently active on the system.

A user record in detail with direct links to this user's previous orders and access history.	Check accesses done to set up subscriptions (usually this list is quite longer :-)

If you sell subscriptions to your website, then this is the place where you can find all incoming orders.	And this is a order more detailed. Do you notice, that you can accept credit cards as well - AccessGuardian is compatible with many CC processors. See documentation for more.

And here are the invoices. Ready to print.	Send out mailings to your members using your system. Just a few clicks away and no additional software required.

Do you require additional fields in the user database, like social security ID or drivers license ID ? This is the place to add/edit database fields.	Field properties are controlling the behavior of a field. Look at the options, you can virtually adjust anything.

Need more control over the database behavior ? This is the place. It is worth to read the docs before so you get an idea about the possibilities.	Import and export database contents to spreadsheets and other software - just as you require.

If you desire, people can register online for your services (you may want to adjust the layout to match the one of your website).	Login - with convenient password reminder, of course.

The main member lounge area - logged in users can access their subscriptions, place orders and check statistics. All at one place.	Access statistics for user's reference - you can limit accesses to particular subscriptions.

Step one of placing an order for a new subscription. Personal information is stored within profile, so the form is pre-filled already.	This customer pays with credit card, but you can also accept other ways of payments.

A confirmation, created instantly. And the invoice is ready to print, too.	This is how a typical invoice looks like. You can customize them, of course.
